Kambolistica offers physical products through our online store, as well as retreats, events, and digital services. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical product purchases made through our website.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or special launches.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
Kambolistica is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to select domestic and international locations. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international orders.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Kambolistica is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with filing a claim or locating your order, Kambolistica is not responsible for carrier-related losses, theft, or damages.

Digital Products & Retreat Bookings
Digital products, retreat reservations, event tickets, and services do not require shipping. All confirmations, access details, and related information are delivered electronically via email.
