Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payment & Reservations
To confirm participation in the retreat, full payment or an approved deposit is required at the time of booking.
If you are unable to pay the full retreat investment upfront, you may reserve your space with a 30% deposit, calculated from the regular retreat rate. Guests who book during the Early Bird period will still receive the Early Bird total rate, even though the deposit amount is based on the regular price.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three (3) weeks prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reserved space without refund.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, as your space is intentionally reserved and retreat preparations begin immediately upon booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of the retreat and advance commitments made to accommodations, facilitators, and local partners, all payments are non-refundable.
We recognize that unexpected situations may arise. Requests for exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If approved, a credit toward a future retreat may be offered in lieu of a refund. No cash refunds will be issued.
Transfers
Retreat reservations are non-transferable unless prior written approval is granted. Approved transfers may be subject to an administrative fee.
Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be postponed or canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat or receive a refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable expenses.
Travel & Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
Age Requirement
This retreat is open to participants 21 years of age and older. Proof of age may be required.
Agreement
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
