For years, my world revolved around caring for others through the lens of Western medicine. I witnessed the fragility and resilience of the human body every day, yet I felt a quiet calling within myself—for healing that could reach beyond prescriptions, protocols, and procedures. My own body and spirit were guiding me toward a path less traveled, one that would ultimately lead to transformation, clarity, and profound connection.

That calling led me beyond the familiar, guiding me to the lush landscapes of Costa Rica, the vibrant energy of Mexico, and deep into the Amazon jungle of Peru. Each place offered not just breathtaking beauty, but an intimate connection to ancient healing practices and the wisdom of nature.

In Costa Rica and Mexico, I fully immersed myself—participating in plant medicine ceremonies, including Bufo, and studying directly with shamans. I learned the skills, medicines, and sacred practices passed down through generations. These experiences taught me to listen deeply to the body, mind, and spirit, and to work with the wisdom of plant medicine and energy in a conscious, respectful way.

Finally, in the heart of the Amazon jungle in Peru, my journey reached a turning point. There, I encountered Kambo—the secretion of the giant monkey frog—a purifying ritual that reset my body and spirit. Through Ayahuasca ceremonies with indigenous healers, I discovered profound insights into my life’s purpose and a deep sense of belonging. It was here that an Amazonian shaman gifted me the name Dovilita, a name that forever connects me to this sacred lineage of healing and transformation.

These journeys reshaped not only my health but also my purpose. I returned with a renewed commitment: to guide others on their own paths of self-healing, offering plant medicine, ritual, and energy work in safe and sacred spaces.
